Monthly Billing: Your card is charged on the 1st or 10th each month (based on when you joined).
Use It Anytime: Your service credit is good from your billing date until the day before your next one.
No Rollovers: Be sure to use your service within the month — they don’t carry over.

One-Time Skip: Need a break? We offer one courtesy skip—just email us before your billing date.

Sorry, credits can only be used for the specific service you signed up for.
How do I cancel?
